Edge Hill Butchery and Ollie's Italian have teamed together to present an exclusive Wagyu Night at Ollie's Italian. Showcasing Stone Axe Wagyu, the highest graded wagyu in Australia (MBS9+), the night will consist of a three course meal curated by Ollie's Head Chef, Joel Bonino.
